Our Branch Partner Program allows loan originating entrepreneurs, it is the best opportunity to increase loan production, revenues and personal income. We expect those whom we employ to have an absolute minimum of three years prefer 5 years experience in the industry, who can handle and process the loan A-Z.

Easy to Join: We can email you our application or you can download today. And after the background check you can start to submit your loan the same day.

100% Commissions: We offer 100% commissions to our Branch Partner. For each loan close we just keep a small fee of $500, and plus $30 on credit report. There are no other hidden charges. We make it simple! As a Branch Partner, 100% of net commissions are paid to your branch account or the originator within five days, all escrow checks must be turned into the corporate office. We also offer in-house processing supports, just pay the stander processing fee of $495 for refinance, $550 for purchase, and $600 for commercial or construction.

Cost of Setup: We will charge $2000 start up fees, and $100 background/credit checks on each Branch Manager as well as each Loan Officer. We encourage our Branches to originate at least 5 loans a month. We conduct quarterly "look backs." If a particular Branch doesn't meet this 5 loan commitment in 3 month, we have to assess a minimum fee of $500 per month, or in the worst case, switch into other program or dismiss the branch. We assess each case individually.

Training: We offer initial and ongoing training. This training is delivered on a reservation basis. Once you joint you are able to access our training webpage for more information.

Technology Platform Service and Support: We offer you a Web-based system that you can access 24/7 from anywhere with an Internet connection to connect your pipeline and manage your prospect. Also on our main webpage provide the ability to monitor the status of the processing from application through funding. You will now be able to originate loans from anywhere at any time through the internet! In addition most third party service providers such as Escrow, Credit Report, and Appraisal Report will enable you to instantly order (and track) and even closing docs. No more chasing faxes! All forms and request documents are able to download online, less wasted time and resources, allowing you to be more competitive than ever. Personalize website and online marketing service will help you promote yourself never better and easier.

Sales & Marketing Assistance: We have some very senior marketers at Loanontime who have proven programs to help you market your businesses and build referral partnerships with Realtors, Financial Planners, CPA's, Insurance companies and Attorneys. And you can get marketing idea or farming through our website too.

Real Estate Transaction Support: For the agent who has a previous record and the experience of selling real estate may be act as a Realtor SVI Group.
