Our in-house loan officer needs to have minimum of one years experience in the industry or over 20 loans closed in the past, who can understand the loan process from A-Z. If you are newly licensed agent, our commission spilt is different, please check the following detail.

Easy to Join: We can email you our application or you can download it today. And after the background check you can start to submit your loan the same day.
Commission: We will pay you up to 80% commission. This includes commissions; rebates, yield spread premium, etc. For each loan close we just keep the processing fee of $495 on refinance loans; $550 on purchase loans; $600 on commercial loan; and plus $30 on credit report. There are no other hidden charges. For newly licensed agent the first 5 cases is 50% commission, start from the 6th case, commission 70%, after one year continuing experience or 15 loans was closed, commission will automatically go up to 80%.
In-house Leads and Referral System: We will provide in-house leads from all sources, company leads commission start from 50%. If you referral an agent joint our company, you will receive a 5% bonus of the total commission from the first 5 cases they she or he closed.
Office Space and Support: We will offer office space to our full time loan officer, individual phone line and high speed internet access(T1), all office equipment are provide with no desk fee. We encourage our full time loan officer to originate at least 3 loans a month.
Technology Platform Service and Support: We offer you a Web-based system that you can access 24/7 from anywhere with an Internet connection to connect your pipeline and manage your prospect. Also on our main webpage provide the ability to monitor the status of the processing from application through funding. You will now be able to originate loans from anywhere at any time through the internet! In addition most third party service providers such as Escrow, Credit Report, and Appraisal Report will enable you to instantly order (and track) and even closing docs. No more chasing faxes! All forms and request documents are able to download online, less wasted time and resources, allowing you to be more competitive than ever. Personalize website and online marketing service will help you promote yourself never better and easier.

Real Estate Transaction Support: For the agent who has a previous record and the experience of selling real estate may be act as a Realtor SVI Group.
