1. Email Account

• Create an account We will provide all of our staffs and agents with a loanontime.com address to facilitate better and quicker communications between the corporate office and our branches. Request an email account
• Set Up Once your email address has been activated, the IT Department will email your username and password along with a link on our Virtual Office website, where you can find detailed instructions on how to setup the email.
• Supports You can log in at http:// www.loanontime.com/webmail/ using only your username and password. Note, however, that space is limited for the official email account. We strongly suggest you setup your email in your Outlook. Also we can forward all your email to your personal email account, please make sure you will provide this information when you create the account.

2. Virtual Office

• The Virtual Office is an online site which will give you various forms and documents for each department which is useful to your business. The site also contains the daily rate sheet, contact list for corporate and many other very useful information. This is also where you will log in to access your Pipeline as well as to upload, register and lock loans. You can also use the upload feature to upload your loan submission in part or in whole. Marketing materiel can be downloaded when you joint a member. And you also able to management your daily work and prospect. All company events will post on this site too.
