China Says They Have an Agreement With U.S to Lower Tariffs.

A Chinese Commerce Ministry spokesman said China and the U.S. have agreed to lower Some tariffs if the sides reach a preliminary trade deal.

Global markets rose on signs of progress toward ending the U.S.-China trade war, Though experts warn that a final deal isn't over the finish line yet.
